A freezing revolution
The Praxair Solid Belt tunnel freezing system provides a new level of freezing quality. We’ve replaced a standard mesh belt with one that is solid stainless steel. Now it’s possible to maintain product shapes, freeze semi-solids and rapidly bottom crust products so they retain moisture and move off the belt without damage.
Unique design = more cooling power
With our unique Solid Belt tunnel design, liquid nitrogen is delivered directly at the underside of the belt. This results in a higher rate of cooling on the bottom of the product than with traditional designs. The design also utilizes the cold vapor circulation for optimal cooling and efficiency, allowing you to boost productivity and improve yield.
